    I did enjoy this…however even though I had someone to eat with I felt lonely almost. But I was able to focus on the physiological aspects, providing my body with nutrition. This was nice, and as I do more breathing practice, I can feel my body’s metabolism and digestion changing. For the good.

    This was a hard challenge. Having an eating disorder, focusing on my food creates lots of emotions. But i Also realized i lost sense of taste due to co-vid. It is an interesting challenge, i'm going to keep this one for little while.

    The first thing I noticed was the sound of my coffee then the crunch of granola then the quote from Millhouse in ‘the Simpsons’ “it’s like there’s a party in my mouth and everyone’s invited’ I feel more full than I have ever done with the same breakfast (and quantity) I have had everyday for the last year.

    So, I do the challenges a day after it comes out, (different time zones) but I'm so loving it, these challenges just get better, and this is the best as of now, I love food and I love eating alone and mindfully (but sometimes or rather most of the time I overeat ) so I had a mindful breakfast and I'm so looking forward to lunch.

    I knew this is important and it’d be good to do but actually doing it feels AWESOME!! Did this for breakfast and dinner and I can slow down, taste my food and appreciate! Plus being pregnant this helps with no rushing food inside
