    loving this journey you make for us and wish I found you when this was going on live <3 day 15 was a challenging for my lower back, so will do this day again and again until whatever needs to get stronger gets stronger or whatever needs to let go releases <3

    this has been such an interesting journey so far for me! i have a hypermobile joint disorder (so essentially enough of my body is double jointed to cause me mobility problems if not tended to) and its been really pleasant to learn what is and isn’t comfortable or difficult for my body and take those things into the rest if my life. also, every time i adjust a pose to fit my needs i feel a little more familiar with myself which is a cool feeling.

    This was the best i enjoyed every second of this practice so beautiful and so graceful. Thank you Adriene for reminding me why I love yoga and should keep practicing consistency to show up for myself and overall health – mentally, spiritually, soulfully, physically, and emotionally.

    Adriene is so frikkin funny, she makes yoga so much to look forward to. Swear down I'd have never started doing yoga with any other instructor.

    I used to hate that every day had lot of downward dog but when I took blocks underneath my hands I swear it's not annoying me anymore that much. Also today's practice felt so good I could enjoy it now that the position changes were slow and you could actually focus on one move at a time and not fall behind on the video
