Good morning beautiful yogis! This is a morning gratitude slow flow yoga practice to help you set your intention for the day ahead with love and compassion in your heart.

No matter how busy your day may be or how many things may seem to be going wrong in your life, I believe we can all be grateful for SOMETHING. Just the fact that you are alive right now is a privilege that not everyone gets. Move and breathe with me and let’s create a wonderful intention for the day together.

This is an all levels to intermediate slow flow practice that will still challenge you to wake you up. Poses will include plank, gate, crescent lunge, head to knee, seated twist and many more.

    140222 Not at all what I was expecting or looking for when I clicked. I was a little put out when I heard the practice wasn't necessarily going to be easy. I thought "what? It's the morning, how can it not be easy?" It wasn't easy but was completely manageable even with the night stiff muscles & joints. I like this a lot and will come back again. I feel great, grateful and ready to face my day with positivity. Thank you. Namaste.

    I've been doing this set at times. I really benefited of it. Marvellous energy and complete set in itself that you can do forever as your daily routine. The set for life,strength and puts you in real shape!

    I can't describe the feeling I have, after completing this, and I've done it 3x so far. Wow, wonderful. I really enjoy the singing/music and I think it is, perfect for the kriyas performed. I would like to have this on dvd.

    THANK YOU!! My friend has a naturally strong radiant body. He'll appear to me days in advance and tell me what is going to happen. BLOWS MY MIND!! When he walks into a room of strangers, EVERYBODY wants to speak with him. Grown women fight over the chance to sit next to him. They all fall in love with him. Your articulate, educated explaination for the radiant body has answered my question. I am going to donate some dough to a SIKH organization.

    Oh my goodness, that was the hardest set of yoga I've ever attempted. Intense! That archer pose is ridiculous – I couldn't hold it for more than a single minute at a time. I need a lot more work, haha.
