Because every cell of the body be at ease, then the heart beats gets slow and slower then you don’t know what happens; when you wake up after one or two hours, you fell and you know something happened in the cellular level!!!     This video has been very helpful to me. Unfortunately the same ad plays each time before I watch it. It is a particularly disgusting political ad that puts me in the wrong frame of mind to start out. I don’t mind ads but wish I could somehow block the deeply repugnant ones.

    I am rather confused at the witchcraft I jus got t experienced. I have Ben out of my ambien for several weeks and cannot sleep without medication inducing it for me. My sleep is so broken I am often frustrated if I get woke up once asleep because I cannot go back to sleep without the aid of meds to take me there. Melatonin, PMs, ambien, something. I followed along, I was getting comfortable adjusting in and boom. The next thing I know I am being woke up at the end of the recording. Telling me to start to feel my surroundings and to have a nice day.

    I got atrial fibrillation, heart arytmi and was very effected by it. Very weak I had trouble just walking in normal peace. This video helped me a lot, I still got arytmia and will get treated, but my symptoms are much less than before… Thanks you
