2.4.2021- Day 1 for me. Omg thank you. I’m lost for words. This was emotional (currently shedding tears AGAIN as I type) for me- def didn’t see that coming. I’m on a new journey, I’m picking up where I stopped on a journey, I’m fighting for and against so much right now and so much more. I will follow the suggestions given at the end w/ jotting down how I felt before & after the sessions and writing down what I want to get from this. My after feeling is calmer if I had to pick one word. My mind is at ease and things are clearer. I ended the vid in all smiles- mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. When she said “Yay!” With a and , I think I forgot I was alone and not in person because I returned the same thing (to my phone lol)! My vibrations have increased. My body feels woke and simply overall engaged and alive. I feel as if all of me is on one accord. My after feeing is peace. If I could now pick two words. This… this is amazing. My growth, new gained knowledge, accomplishments of any and all goals at the end of this will be amazing. I see it. I declare it. I’m claiming it. Thank you again. Blessings & best wishes! You had me until the planks. Holding 30 sec planks is NOT beginning yoga. Who do you know that on day 1 of yoga can even hold a solid 10 sec plank. :/ it made me feel totally defeated and that yoga is not for me.
