This is a simple video that anyone who is 75 years and above can do sitting on a chair at the comfort of your home. Special thanks to both my beautiful grandmothers Gomathy Shankar and Vijaya Raman. They are 80 years + and managed to do this with ease.

    Last week I was at the shopping centre and they played Can't Stop the Feeling. I really had to control myself from doing the dance movements from this video, especially the ones to "I got that sunshine in my pocket, got that good soul in my feet." My friends thought I was a nutcase. Hahaha. Look what you have done to me, Sherry.

    I am 70 years old and PRAISE ALLAH, GOD, THE UNIVERSE that I will NEVER BE LIKE THESE LADIES. I have been in the martial arts for 17 years and could never thank the Universe enough for the gift of my movement including 100 jumping jacks, 110 male pushups, 75 situps, 85 squats on a daily basis let alone having more energy than most younger people.
