    Swamiji I have RA +.Earlier i had no difficulty sitting on floor but now if i sit on ground to take things keep I get immediately exhausted and feeling breathing problem and pain in waist and knees .Can you please help me by saying a way out

    I never use Facebook, so if I have tight shoulders that would prompt me to do Downward Dog pose, it would not be because of Facebook or another type of social media platform.

    Was told to try this today after I pinched a nerve in my back at work this was fairly challenging but I do feel some pain relief so I think I may make this into a regular thing thanks!

    I find this pose so difficult. I am carrying a lot of extra weight and the pressure on my wrists and hands seems unbearable, made more intense by the fact that I broke my right hand two years ago, and it just hasn't been the same. That said, I fully trust you, and if you say it will get better, I will stick with it. I can't see myself honestly liking it; however. I can enjoy relief when it's over. We'll see…

    Could you talk more about the shoulders? Throughout many exercise classes the lesson has always been to plug the shoulders down no matter what. Recently, however, I have been told that when your arms are above your head (like in downward dog) you should let the shoulder blades slide up towards the ears. I guess they can still turn OUT like you say in the video but is it accurate that you should not plug them back in this position? I might not be using the correct vocab and my anatomy knowledge is limited, but would love to know more about this!!!!
