    All were easy poses except for the one where we had to sit on our heels with the toes bent. Like you said it is intense so I will need to practice it more often.

    I have been using the band for a minute. The band is sturdy and the stomach has DEFINITELY gone down. I use the stretch band lying in bed and started with doing leg lifts. I am looking to add in more routines. I also workout in the gym, minimize what I eat. Loving my bod for the summer 2021. No 2020 pandemic fat here.
