    Thx, very realistic yoga practice for seniors . Very encouraging and slow,u demonstrate poses chair and floor .shows good alignment and knows anatomy. explains why she is doing pose a certain way.as a retired RN working with seniors physical therapists,this is very sound.cant wait for DVD.so calming, keep up good work

    Hi Andy It's been years of sitting or laying on bed. I've decided to do yoga with you. I followed you till I discovered I have no chair or mat. I will get both and begin again with you.
