    Kanonpass för mig precis vart på min första utbildningshelg inom yogalära. Tog in vad varje possition hette och du förklarar så man förstår. Kanonpass o känner mig redan mjukare i kroppen 🙂

    Jag tänkte bara prova för att se hur det fungerar för mig att komma igång med Yoga tack vare filmklipp. Och du har fångat mig! Jag tog mig igenom 3 videor på en rad, med pauser emellan, men nu känner jag mig mycket tryggare att fortsätta. Du gör så tydliga, glada filmer med en ren och luftig känsla! Tack

    den yoga som görde jag den var intensiv och mitt hjärta slåg fort är det normalt då för jag tror behuver annan yoga för jag är väldigt stressad och spänd i nacke och kroppen så vilken yoga rekomderar du till mig då
