    This is one of the first workouts I tried after I found Schellea. I was pleased to see that this is a valuable workout that is actually doable for me. So I have been doing this same one most every day for several weeks. I am finding that my lower spine (specifically the “small” of my back) is pretty sore, and even moreso if I “hold the core in tight.” Is this likely from this workout? Is there a portion of it that is more to “blame?”

    I LOVE this workout. Wait a minute, I LOVE ALL your workouts. I like to sweat so I know I've done a good thing for my body. Getting that Heart rate up is a good thing for the heart. Instead of walking I do some jogging around my room. Fantastic!

    The program is very well designed: timing, number of units, exercises themselves. It is enjoyable. Thank you for that. I would do without all the compliments, at some point they are distracting. I would also disagree with the idea that we should think about something while following you. The idea is to not think about any projects but relax while putting an effort and energy into moving. Having said that, other than those two, the program is great and I would recommend it to others.

    Almost didn't get to do this, because of how my day had to go, but Yay!! Could not not be happier to have just completed this .All I need now is '8 minute full body stretching routine' to have completed my Day 6 of Summer Body Challenge, bc I loved it the 1st time around!
