    This wasn't Yin. In yin you hold the poses for a minimum of 90 seconds. Too much talking. Too much flipping from one side to the other. Cheers.

    Whenever you say "20 breaths" I only breathe approx. 5… I always feel like I need to breathe so much slower than every yoga teacher instructs… Should I be trying to breathe "faster?" I just think that when I focus on my breath I tend to really lengthen my breathing, and when instructed to "just breathe naturally" I don't know how to make that transition. Any insight on something I could/should be doing differently? Thank you for this practice! The shoulder stretches were awesome and I learned something new.
