    I truly enjoy my morning yoga ritual of @Yoga With Adriene ! I've tried several of her videos for relaxation, sleeping, etc. I'm new to this one, and I'm loving it. Although I'm not focused on the scale, I chose this video because of the strengthening sequence. I'm currently focused on strengthening my core in my body movement rituals right now. I know that a strong core helps me with posture, walking, running, dancing and more. This video has me using those muscles in a way that feels good to my whole being! Thank you Adriene. Your energy is awesome!

    Wow I can feel the burn in my core! And I love that it's a 40 min lesson but I don't feel exhausted it keeps me motivated to do more

    Hey I love your yoga videos! Just wandering if it is normal if you haven't practised in awhile and are new to to the practise to get some upper back pain after doing this it's not like pain it's more just a feeling of being super stretched out and the muscles being stretched and tender? Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

    In the 90's and humidity at 100%, makes for a great day of this practice – with the luxury of a fan in the background. Thank you for this wonderful session; it was exactly what I needed. Thanks for being there when I showed up on the mat today. 😉

    This class didn't really work for me. She is cool but she talks alot inbetween which causes distraction and focus.
