    I have quite a gut. I think many positions in Yoga are super hard if not impossible if you have a gut. Many positions involve sucking in the stomach and squeezing in the thighs to your chest. I am trying to lose the weight, but it is a slow process. Great job as usual!

    Whenever I do positions like this where my ankle goes in a strange position it hurts. No problems with the knees or hip opening. I've had weak ankles since a kid. Am I doing something wrong?
