    My first time trying yoga off YouTube, I usually just go to the sessions at my gym but wanted to try out doing some yoga in the morning to wake me up. I really enjoyed this, it’s a nice change to my other yoga teachers and tried some different stretches than usual! Thank you!! <3

    Okay, so I just started yoga, and this was one of the first exersices I've tried. I suppose this is not a beginners exercise? This was way to hard for me, and my wrists hurt a lot. I only did 8 minutes. Any suggestions on where to start?

    Loved this video except for one part. I think you need to be extremely cautious about moving into a side plank and having just one leg supporting with the side of the foot on the ground. I injured a peroneal tendon in my ankle that way and it is still causing me pain over two years later. My ortho and PT told me that is a very vulnerable position for the ankle and you should keep the bottom of your foot on the ground rather than balancing on the edge. Adrienne may have strong enough ankles to do this, but I didn't after over a year of regular yoga classes.

    Those downward dog crunches really brought out my anger. I had to shout into my mat! Why must I do this?? Why must I do everything myself?? I felt much better afterwards, a tension released.
