    Hi, perhaps you can help me. This pose helps me to get blood reaches onto my head, but somehow I often do business trip and share room with other co worker and I better don't do this as it seems silly.

    If we don't do it, is it true that blood clogged around feet? And if it is, is there any other pose that can help blood to stop clogging around feet and reaching to head?

    Hi Tim! I just wanted to add to what you said about the popular back bends seen on insta by influencer yogis. I danced for over 12 years, I'm in my twenties now, and my specialty was back bends. I could do all the cool tricks, but no one had ever actually taught me how to do them properly, so I ended up with chronic back pain at a young age. Your yoga videos helped me so much, it's crazy how much has changed with my pain in the short three months that I've been practicing with you. Thank you! I wanted to say this so people can be cautious and careful when practicing back bends and to take Tim's advice on how to train for them and do them properly.

    I also wanted to add that Staci is my favorite yogi you work with! Mainly because my body type is very similar to hers (and bc she seems super cool!). It makes me feel really happy to have someone to watch that looks like me. I want everyone to feel that way, so I must ask if you could maybe find some yogis to work with that are people of color and other ethnicities? I also think it'd be beneficial to have yogis of all body types! I have only done this 30 day and your foundation series, so I apologize if you have more diversity in your other challenges/videos.

    Overall, thank you for your dedication to helping others progress in their practice. Your videos have changed my life immensely for the better! much love and gratitude.

    On the poses that we are directed to take five breaths, I would be hyperventilating if I got five breaths in during the allotted times. Maybe I get in three breaths before you're moving on and saying to take five breaths in the next pose. Just curious but my breathing is usually at least twice as slow apparently, am I breathing too slow? 🙂

    Really enjoyed this today, thank you – but randomly there were about 4 or 5 "ad breaks" for about 10 seconds each, made for some even longer poses!

    Question: Chair-pose.. should the buttocks stick out with a curve in the waist area? Or should the entire spine (from head to the tailbone) realign?
