    After today's practice when I laid down at the end I was suddenly overcome with emotion and began to sob for probably 5 minutes. I'm not sure how but I opened up a part of me that I normal keep stuffed down with emotions and stress I do not what to deal with. Thank you Adrienne.

    Thank you thank you thank you! I love your videos, calm, kind, and encouraging personality! My friend and I have 7 kids, between the 2 of our busy families, so we make time to do your yoga videos at 5:00am in the dark on my driveway-it’s still warm and beautiful outside with the stars. Today I had my hubby join me since we are in a hotel after a 5.5 hour drive to cheer on one of our daughters in a regional high school cross country meet. You rock!
