    I haven’t been getting my period the previous month and i was worried and I started doing these exercises this month 3 days before the due date and i drinked ginger tea and my period came on the expected date. i did these 1 min each two times a day. I still don’t know if i should do this the next month.

    I normally don't do yoga. I suffer from PCOS for 11yrs and my periods are very irregular, maximum 6times per year and that is with medication. I did these poses for 2weeks and some days and period came naturally after 3 months of no period…. so I'd definitely encourage anyone to do it… other than it, it is very relaxing aswell.

    Thanks for this video.These asanas actually helped! I have had irregular periods sometimes,but this time it had really worried me,as i had not had periods for 2 consecutive months. I came across this video,did these asanas for 5-6 days along with some reflexology and finally got my periods back! ….thank u thank u.I will continue doing these,might make my menses absolutely regular.
    Oh and btw: people who have done these for some days and still have not got their periods,plz continue…u see ur cycle will not magically change.These yogas will help regulate hormones and make ur uterus contract better etc, but u have to give some amount of time to ur body to get the ovulation done,uterine lining built and sloughed off(a complete cycle)…that will take a few days longer for some people.Don't get discouraged,these asanas really help.

    my period was like 4 days late , tried subliminal , one home remedies and finally tried this 10 minutes ago … it worked
