My body has never felt so good like after this practice.

I have suuper tight hips and hamstrings, especially in the morning, my down dog looks lore like a spider and it’s painful too.

After this exercise I can do an almost perfect one AND it feels incredible! Didn’t know it could feel so good?!

Thank you so much Sarah for creating and sharing this priceless yoga practice

Great compromise from my usual longer routines. Feeling great after completing this flow. Wonderful video for when time is a constraint. I still feel like I got a full yoga experience.

Can you make some videos that are slower-paced (for those of us just starting out). I find the instructions/poses move too quicky.

I've been searching around for a while on YouTube for yoga routines that fit my lifestyle. You're the best out there. I agree about not having all that chatter and wasted time in the beginning of the video. You get right down to it. I'm a huge fan!

This is the most amazing sequence. I can wake up with a stiff lower back, so much that the first childs post is hard. By then end, I’m totally flexible and ready to start my day. Highly recommend for the morning! Tks Sarah Beth, never disappoint.

@sarabeth your videos are my go-to for my home routine. I always feel better after. I like that you dont "waste" any time with chatter & the time listed for the video is spot on (10-15-20-30) this allows me to plan out which i hve time for. Thank you!

This was a challenging practice for me today. Sweat was pouring off me and it was at times tough to maintain a pose for more than one breath cycle (side planks, I am looking at you!) Focusing on the breath and the side body stretch helped quite a bit. Glad to have done this today 🙂

As a rare thing, I only finished 1/2 of this practice today and realized that my heart was just not in it tonight. I have done this one in the past and liked it very much but tonight, I am a million miles away. I'm probably glad that I missed those "side planks" 😉 I'm sorry community! I will be back practicing with you tomorrow. Namaste!

The first time I tried this practice I was so mad and tired and frustrated by the side planks. I would say I hated it. This second time round was definitely better. I felt stronger and I was able to be gentle with myself. I still hated the side planks but perhaps a bit less than last time. I feel inspired to keep practicing and finding more ease. Thank you!

I've been YWA daily for just over 100 days straight and today was the first time I was able to hold a side plank for a few seconds and feel strong doing it.

Yoga is so healing I've had a niggly head all day but as I begun doing my practice it slowly started to disappear also can't believe I actually enjoy side planks now plus I can actually hold it with my feet stacked something I never thought I'd be able to do!
