    This is an awesome practice but I can't keep up. There aren't very many cues so I can't keep track of which leg is doing what. It's difficult to keep up while watching the screen the entire time. If I was familliar with these poses it might be easier I suppose. I think this is an intermediate class for sure.
    Hopefully there are other classes more suitable for me on this channel. I love the integration of qi gong – just need more cues!

    The warm up and flow felt magically good. I could feel stuck energy and tension releasing and moving through my body.     Thank you for this practice, I really enjoy it and have done it twice so far. As with any new movement, I know it will take me awhile to get the full benefits from each pose – that's what keeps things interesting 🙂 However, there are some poses that I cannot find a stretch in yet. I am a flexible ballet dancer with disproportionally long arms, so it does take some adjusting to find the right place in a pose for my body sometimes, but I was wondering if you had any tips or could point me in the right direction with a link perhaps? If not, no problem and I still appreciate your work and the class!

    The poses are at 9:54, the segment from 11:3512:18, and the side scorpio at 13:00 (I do feel a bit of a pectoral stretch here, but that's all). Thanks!
