    I just recently found your channel/videos and I started day 1 because I’ve never done any yoga in my life, I decided why not give it a try since I’ve been heavily stressed as of late. I didn’t finish day 1 completely but decided why give myself a hard time about it, I’m barely starting. This day 2 I finished but with a lot of breaks ? but was genuinely happy I finished, there’s a couple other things I wish to work on like my core strength for it all, didn’t realize how weak I was ?? but regardless thank you for these videos I can’t even believe they’re free and so amazing. ???
