    I am sorry but this routine is marred by too much talking. Cuing and tips are important, but there should be ramping down if the same pose is repeated several times. Because of this excessive talking, the whole vibe is rushing rushing.

    Hmm… this class was not really a vinyasa flow though? Felt more like a yin yoga class to me… But maybe it's because I'm use to ashtanga…
