After a challenging day/night of working in the fire service, I was too beat up to get in my lifting/athletic workout. This was amazing as I was challenged, yet needed the breath, core and mind/body connection to reinvigorate me. Thanks Adriene and community

A friend and I are doing this together (accountability partners!!) , each in our own homes, so I was blessed with the view of my morning tea and the beautiful Boston fern I recently received. Then, during savasana , my dear old kitty came for love and pets. What a wonderful way to start my week!

Delicious practice Adrienne! I’m so grateful for these home yoga workouts. As a LMT for 20 years (I am 61) and have been a lifelong exerciser and have had the tendency to think, if I didn’t sweat
and beat my body into submission, I wasn’t getting a good workout, but after a year of back pain/neck and arm pain and lots of therapy I am back to walking, exercising and of course Yoga 
. Started with Yin and gradually moved into your videos. I now choose them more often and I feel awesome

Nothing better than 4:30 am yoga! Broke a good sweat! The planks were tough but in the end, juicy! I love the cobra pose because I can feel my belly tighten up which is awesome! The flow was good throughout the entire session!
