Thank you, Andrea and Alo yoga! Perfect wind down practice for me, currently 25 weeks and practicing at home due to the pandemic.

Love her pre-natal videos so far – i'm in my 23rd week now. Good stretch, good energy, good relaxation.

Whew! A nice practice, but definitely not for winding down, at least not for me. This elevated my heart rate and I wound up breathing pretty heavily. Would either recommend this in the morning or for folks with a lot of strength and flexibility, who may find this much easier than I did.

I'm 32 weeks, and this has been really awesome for me. I normally do yoga classes at my gym, but with the whole covid business I haven't been able to for the past few months. (Great timing, right?) Thank goodness for youtube. I alternate between this one and Sarah Beth bedtime yoga routine–I use this one when I feel like I want something a bit more involved. Thank you for helping me feel balanced in my pregnancy in this really crazy time.

Definitely not a wind down practice. This would be very appropriate for morning or afternoon. (First trimester 10 w)

Nice practice, but in my opinion not before bedtime, especially in the third trimester.

I wouldnt recommend this for before bed, the really nice stretches are not held long enough and theres too many higher intensity poses. I'm 39 and a half weeks and do yoga every morning and night and this is not a good bedtime class.

Fantastic flow. Gentle and soothing with just enough movement and stretching to make my 36 week pregnant body feel rejuvenated and relaxed.

I love the pre-natal videos with Andrea. She is a great teacher! I would love to see more from her. It would be cool if she could do a post-natal flow for Mom's who have just been cleared to work out again and need to start slow. 😉
