    I was so intimated and nervous to try this. Finally today, I decided I was up for the challenge and the unknown of inversion practice. All I ca say is "Wow Idk what I was so nervous about."     I’m a yoga teacher and I’ve been working on handstand for years! Your guidance to elevate the shoulders really clicked for me! Thank you so much! One question – with that elevation, are you also hugging shoulder blades toward the spine? Thank you so much! Namaste:)

    I have been practicing inversions, but this was the first time I was able to balance (after getting help from the wall) in dolphin…thank you!

    Love this flow, I definitely need someone to tell me to stay in dolphin pose for longer. It's such a good way to strengthen the shoulders and will hopefully help me in finding some balance in pincha one day.

    The review of how to hold the shoulders and the tip to keep the head down instead of looking forward allowed me and my not very flexible shoulders stay in forearm stand longer than I ever had before! Thanks!
