    I thought this was a great class for my handstand practice. It would be great if you had a series of handstand practices like this that'll lead people to press up &/or reg handstand. #handstandgoals2020

    This class was SO GOOD. Thank you Michelle and @jqwilliams! I'm here because a shoulder workshop got canceled but I couldn't be happier that happened. JQ's instruction and progression inspired me, pushed me, and made me sweat! I'll be coming back to this video to work on my arm stands and I hope I can take a class with JQ sometime in the future. Thanks to both of you

    amazing class! – she explains arm balances and inversions in such a logical and easy way, it gives you space to discover it yourself. I have learn tips and drills in this class that I can take and incorporate in my routine when practicing inversions. I will definitely do this video again :)))
