    I dont mean to be mean.. I didnt really get a chance to relax into the poses….i felt adding more twisting movements would've been very helpful as well, I cant explain the science behind the twisting movements but I find they help…I'm a younger person so I was able to keep up, but i feel this routine would be difficult for the older population. Thank you for your work anyhow

    Looks good Abi. Been training krav maga and mma for a looong time and I'm apparently getting old 🙁 Hitting 35 this month, I just notice I get injured a lot quicker, less flexible, problems with lower back and neck. Saw your courses on Udemy. Was wondering is there a big difference between the flexibility or mobility one? Can I do them both as a beginner or should I start off with one in particular? Most of those workouts are way too long. I'm not a yoga enthusiast per se, 15 min I can do. Keep up the good work! 🙂
