    This is straight pure light to have shown up tonight in my Tube searching. I found some spirituality finally this year . Didn’t know until these past few days that what I’ve been doing is in general yoga (I know that’s incorrect, but for sake of time I’m leavin it)very quickly end of Jan I went from knowing some exercise yoga to ordering the books Pradipika n the teachings of Patanjali/ practice several times daily/ Sahaj meditation daily/ just acquired a Tantra course. I AM SO GRATEFUL TO FIND YOUR CONTENT!! This is EXACTLY what’s needed to help put names/ understanding to what I’ve already been doing. I am so pumped up n can’t wait to dive in to your content.     im noob and want to start yoga. not for phisical exercise (but thats cool too) so first question here – does every yoga limb has its own technique? couldnt find info so far..

    yooo i know this is sychronicity but i just have share what i just experienced!! im eager to learn about the yoga and its philosophy so i paused the video to listen to some musci and et ready and i opened my notebook to take notes and right when i paused my music, i realized your backdrop song was gooey which was the last song i was LISTENING TO!! lmao anyways thank you for you awesome videos! i love you!!

    Although it is true that yoga is much more than physical exercise, it is extremely beneficial to the body. Back in December 2017, I had a lot of muscular imbalances and I felt miserably misaligned. I decided to do yoga. I am still not in perfect health, but I have healed significantly since then. I have used other methods, including massage, but yoga has helped me more than anything else.

    I think after you have a few injuries are you get older you'll realize that accessing the divine is easier when you're not in pain and you've taken a few minutes to get in touch with your body
