    Thank you for this video Adrienne. I come back to this from time to time whenever I feel anxiety. It helps me alotttt. Lately, I’ve been feeling sad, anxiety, heartbroken, tightness in my chest , just stuck. When I started to do it in the beginning I was tearing up a lot. Towards the end I felt better. I should do this more often.

    I couldn't do the breathing exercise. I have long covid and even my oxygen levels are okay. I have constant rushing sensation in my chest and my anxiety is mostly after me feeling I can't breathe even though I am not physically gasping for air. Any advice please.

    I just moved to a new country and i've been having anxiety attacks pretty much everyday, it's been rough. I did this meditation after a very intense and long day and felt a lot better. I've been doing yoga by following Adriene's videos for over 2 years now pretty much everyday, but I had never done a guided meditation until today. Im so gald I did it, will definitely be coming back to this video.
