    I wanted to say that this morning I was looking at my phone feeling so alone and wishing that someone would call or text, got a notification email and thought it was just some sale advertisement, but it was yours. It may sound stupid but with you and your wonderful spirit I do not feel so lonely, and I feel very special after this practice. This really brought me out of a dark place tonight. As long as you don’t quit, you will reach the summit. Remember, baby steps are all it takes. Take a brief moment to rest, refuel, and come back stronger. You can do this. And when you reach the top, you’ll be glad you didn’t stop. Slowly, but surely, you’ll get there. Don’t give up. You can do this.

    Thank you for the useful video. I want to share my result. my son had depression amid numerous stresses, we went to the clinic, he was lying, prescribed antidepressants, but unfortunately day by day he was getting worse, he was prescribed other antidepressants, he was worse, walked like a zombie, it was painful to look like a smart guy, handsome and suddenly it turns into something. I was advised to give him cellular nutrition and after a month he recovered! About a year has passed and everything is in order, the depression has not returned. Cellular nutrition is a great thing !!!

When things get a little overwhelming for me, I like to get on my mat and do a gentle full-body stretch like this sequence. It helps me work all of my emotions out through my body, releasing any tension, anxiety, frustration, or pain. There is something so healing and symbolic of each of the yoga postures in this yoga class. We begin in child’s pose, a pose of reverence and surrender. Then we stretch the spine and neck with some dynamic stretches in cat/cow pose.

I love this yoga sequence because it doesn’t take that long to feel grounded and centered. It’s like a moving meditation with deep breathing and I come to this flow when I need to find a little inner peace. I hope that you find an emotional release in this yoga class with me.
