    Thanks so much Rosalie for thos. I have started doing this morning routine for about 2 months now and it is a fantastic way to start the day. My heels can nearly touch the ground now. As a 51 year old male, i am increasing flexibility and starting the day on a fantastic headspace.

    It’s a good video, she has one of those relaxing voices that are so nice to meditate to, and I also like how she speaks slowly and describes what she is doing slowly too
