    This is a very challenging workout, but it would be nice if you could verbally tell us and describe what move is coming next instead of having to guess from your movements. It takes time to transition between moves for those of us not used to a stability ball–in fact for some of us (certainly not me), getting the ball in position can be the hardest part.

    1st day: me and the stability ball were not in good relationship but i tried my best to compete the workout
    2nd day: little shacky but much better than yesterday i managed to complete some round without falling and i feel amazing

    great workout. I'm between intermediate and advanced so i have some strenght but it was really challenging for. At least you should be at intermediate level to perform this!

    How is anyone supposed to follow this with no set up time before the next exercise and no explanation? I am an aerialist so I do this kind of work..not good. You do good exercises, maybe restructured it would work really well.
