You can use Woodglut and plans. The best plans and very detailed instructions. You can learn a lot from them and do it yourself.

Thank you for this video it was very helpful, wish I had of seen it before I bought my yoga trapeze from somewhere else, not because what I bought was crap, but there was just no instructions with it when I got it and no links to any instructions
