    This made me want to kms but like in a good way, I’m definitely just shy of the strength and balance to gain much depth in some of these but have done it a few times now after my workouts and I have no more muscle soreness and aches 10/10 the best full body cooldown

    VERY Difficult but I pushed through it all. Difficult because I have fibromyalgia, spinal stenosis, herniations, OsteoA, etc. which was uncomfortable to my LB/Sacrum area, but did what I could and will recover in supine with more stretches to work out my LBP. Love and appreciate you so much Sara Beth! Thank you for this practice!!
