    I'm glad it was only 16mins today since I'm quite busy today. Day 5 is tough but I am getting used to yoga now so even if I'm not as flexible as Adrienne while doing yoga, I'm enjoying it now. I don't mind that my knees shake when I have trouble balancing or that my heels cant reach the mat while following the form. I feel more relaxed now that I'm doing yoga.

    In the last month of my PhD and NZ just went into lockdown due to delta cases. I'm very thankful I found a nice way to ease myself into yoga with these 30 days. Hopefully I keep a routine and maintain sanity during this crazy time.

    Took a nap, cleaned the house, and now doing yoga! Wonderful practice. I did an upper body workout this morning but I like how yoga reminds me to really focus on the body without straining any other parts. Thank you for sharing!

    Saturday 4th September 2021. This one was tough after doing an intense abs workout earlier in the day! Have to watch out for backache too with too many back-straining motions.

    So, I'm back after missing two days and felt bad about it. But then my mom said, "Start back today where you left off. It's the 30 days of Yoga Challenge, not the 30 Days of Consecutive Yoga Challenge. So what if it takes you a little longer? Don't beat yourself up. That's not the point of yoga." I felt that. And I've returned to the mat. I may do two practices in one day today and tomorrow, or I may do one a day. But the point is, I've returned and I have resolve and I've noticed I feel better when consistent. That feeling motivates me more than beating myself up.

    definitely near the end she said something about 10 breaths left, and proceeded to offer a few different variations and ten breaths later i was about DYING and was anticipating her to say stop and then she returned to the exercise and said “5 more” hahahaha oh my goodness

    I’ve been doing this for 5 days straight at 6:45 am and today I felt like sleeping instead coz it’s saturday. But I’m so glad I got up and finished day 6. I am doing 15 minutes of pranayama before each session. It helps me to release and find integrity
