    I promise I kept my fidgeting to a minimum. This is the third hour long video of hers that I have tried and now have added to my list of routines to choose for my daily yoga practice. I started off earlier this year with 10-15 min videos, then 25-30, maybe doing two videos back to back. I have taken the plunge into committing to a full hour. I didn’t think I could keep my mind from wandering but I try to stay in the moment, focusing on the pose and what I am trying to accomplish. I prefer these slower, Yin classes since I’ve got knots to work out. I’m getting there. I love this girl – she’s amazing!
