    Such a gift to find this vintage primary series video with early influencers. I came to yoga in 1998, discovered Ashtanga in 2001 and became a teacher in 2003. I had the good fortune to take several workshops with Jois in the early 00’s. So much has changed since this was shot with the popularity and glamorizing of this ancient practice. Coming across and experiencing this in all simplicity brought the light back with roots.

    We are Indian should feel proud the yoga which is invented in INDIA. Great thing is that whole world accepted that yoga is only one to connect our body and mind together to feel and to be happy and also live longer happily. And I request every single Indian who lives not only in India but also all over the world follow yoga every single day or at least 5 days in a week. Promote yoga

    Do not practice this sequence at home Because u have to know each and every asan here they are Just clubbing it together. If u simple go with there flow u might get injured.

We focus on creating sensation and space in the body, learning to breathe and move with efficiency, mindfulness, and even sometimes joy – so that when we step off the mat we can continue that practice.

This way we may proceed to learn and live with more ease.

I work out quite a bit and I’m all the time in search of yoga pants which might be enjoyable and completely different. I really like the lace-up dance look on these pants. They’re superior.

Product Particulars:
