    Thank you! I was doing your stretches video for a while but I'm somewhat of a risk pregnancy now after having too many Braxton Hicks for a few days. It's back to normal now but I still have to be careful, and standing up is so exhausting that the ball is perfect! I will incorporate these exercices into my daily routine

    22 weeks pregnant n my back feels amazing! I love doing this exercise. I do it a couple times a day or whenever my back hurts. Improves my posture as well. I can do this everyday I love it.
