    I'm starting to do stretching as a workout to release body pains and also since I'm obese 1 I wanted to be more flexible. I tried doing low impact workouts before to help me balance loosing weight but it caused me knee pain. Right now I'm still feeling the pain even though it's already 2 weeks I stopped working out to not put pressure on my knee. Am I doing the right thing or should I lose weight more before doing any stretching or workouts? It hurts when I do the cross leg sitting position and child pose. I hope you can share an advice.
