    wow, is ther a more biginner class for buti yoga? I coundn't finish with the impression I'd hurt myself

    I wanted to like this, but the instructions were too vague and quick to follow. It was also imbalanced, missing exercises to both sides. I've been doing yoga for 20 years, but maybe I need an intro course in order to properly follow.

    wow. I have been working out for years: pilates, yoga, hitt, weight training, dance, etc. This was the most cluster fucked video Ive ever seen. She was all over the place, pretty sure just winging it and pressed record. The tiny core movements made no sense to incorporate during tight poses where your ab muscles are already engaged or restricted. This made no sense and I found it difficult to fallow along. She focused on one side of the body and left out the other! All right leg! I was really excited for Buti yoga but I think I will just pass and do some tribal belly dance or yoga alternatively.

    i have been doing this workout for a week now as a way to see if i should i look into buti yoga as a venture in my life, before subscribing and the only down side i have encountered is that some of the moves we do on one side of the body are not equally or fully incorporate to the other side and to me there is a way it feels awkward to know that you aren"t working your body equally to fully attain the benefits.

    To many changed and way to fast of a change. This is impossible todo as a beginner at least. I’m canceling my 14 trial. Already pulled muscles and cramped up.

    Great energising practice. However, it’s good that I read the comments coz I can’t understand why one side is done and the other is not. I had to go back in order to balance my body. Is it done intentionally or she forgets to do it? Some movements were done later to balance both sides but some were not. Saying that I enjoyed the practice.

    I'm glad i checked out the YouTube videos. I can't imagine how disappointing it would've been to waste money on a program that leaves your muscles lopsided

    Hello ,please pernit me one feedback.this is surely a good excercise,but looking your videos,i find you do too much exercises in a sequence,too long working with one side of the body and then,when you change side,you dont do the same exercise you did ,mean you do not repeat on other side.
    I observed this very precisly,and also britt,has too long sequeces on one side,and as she forgot what she done,like you,then you do not repeat the same on the other side.
    Little confusing.
    But ,good work.

    I tried it doesnt workout to me.. Uff.. This is well maintain body with more maintaince this juzt for normal girls like us cannt take it… This yoga pluse added.. This not that easy as how we watch.. Watching is easy but doing it.. Oho such… Aa hard or hard….

    But ur effort is high.. Thank you so much..

    3년전쯤 따라하다가
    하기 싫어서 안하고 있다가 어깨가 아파서
    3일째 따라하는데 다시 어깨가 나아가는것 같아요
    많이 부드러워지네요.
    어깨 아프신분께 많은 도움 될것 같아요.
    이동영상 없어졌으면 어쩌나하였는데 그대로
    있어서 너무너무 반갑고
