    First week of school teaching in a state that bans mask mandates–I needed to drain some stress. Adriene, community, thanks for being a source of support and care when so much is beyond our control. I've neglected my body for the last year and a half to take care of others, but now I am remembering that I can't pour from an empty cup.

    Today was one of those days for me when life seemed to much too handle, so I decided to click on this practice.
    I will move to another country for uni soon and I am so scared of this big change. There is nothing I love more than my family, friends and (of course) my pets and I start tearing up anytime I think about having to leave them behind. During the plank, as a habit, I whispered to myself 'I am strong' and then your words about change sunk in and I started to cry again. 
    I know I can do this. I know I will be fine. But for today, I will allow myself to cry.

    I had teachers work week this week and so much on my mind that when Friday came I cannot wake up I finally tried this yoga practice out it has waking me up and my body feels so much better not tired anymore
