After surviving a near death experience in Kauai and another during the Thailand Tsunami of 2004, Travis Eliot dedicated his life to spreading the teachings of yoga and meditation to as many people as possible.

Travis is a world-renowned yoga and meditation teacher and author. He teaches his signature Holistic Yoga Flow classes in Los Angeles and in workshops, festivals and retreats around the world. His style is intensely dynamic and has inspired many of today’s top athletes, celebrities, and entertainers.

Most recently Travis has become passionate about spreading yoga and meditation inside maximum security prisons. This work has proven to bring light to the darkest of places.

He is the creator of the groundbreaking programs Level Up 108, The Ultimate Yogi, Yoga 30 for 30, along with many other best-selling yoga DVDs.     maybe it was the camera angle but the 8angle did not seem to be in full bloom there, didn't think we had found the equilibrium there, however, with that said, the sequence was done with such grace and elegance, what a joy to watch!

    Thank you for these videos. They help and inspire me to recover fro Post Traumatic Stress.

    May I give some positive critique?
    The breath is so important but not emphasised strongly enough in these instructions. Many of the poses, their is no concentration on breath, so you see difficulty or lack of focus due to this. 
    When you are in the present moment their is only breath, only breath,  and it makes so much difference when trying hard new poses.

    Appreciate these videos very much and like to see your continued growth in showing more.

    Awesome vinyasa..it makes yoga more appealing….I practice Ashtanga and hatha yoga with a twist of vinyasa which makes it all more beautiful…with all due respect you both look awesome.

When things get a little overwhelming for me, I like to get on my mat and do a gentle full-body stretch like this sequence. It helps me work all of my emotions out through my body, releasing any tension, anxiety, frustration, or pain. There is something so healing and symbolic of each of the yoga postures in this yoga class. We begin in child’s pose, a pose of reverence and surrender. Then we stretch the spine and neck with some dynamic stretches in cat/cow pose.

I love this yoga sequence because it doesn’t take that long to feel grounded and centered. It’s like a moving meditation with deep breathing and I come to this flow when I need to find a little inner peace. I hope that you find an emotional release in this yoga class with me.
