    Hey Adriene! I really enjoy doing yoga with you! But it would be great if you could offer some alternatives for us fat people who don’t exactly have room to fold ourselves into pretzels — child’s pose and reclined pigeon especially are always difficult for me since my belly doesn’t give me room to breathe in child’s pose and my thighs don’t give me room to thread the needle in reclined pigeon. I have no problem with strength of flexibility (I‘m a dancer!) but I hate feeling like I’m too big for yoga, especially since it’s all about radical acceptance and self-compassion. I have no desire to lose weight but I would love to feel more welcome in your yoga community. Thank you so so much!!

    I had nice sweat which is neither too much nor too little.
