    I am in recovery from severe emotional trauma and am looking for a way to take care of my body, mind, and spirit. I came across your challenge in looking for a way to start exercising that was gentle and also calmed my anxiety. I have tried a lot of yoga channels before, but you really convey such an amazing mix of calm and strength. I absolutely loved day one.
    Additionally, I have had a double mastectomy and my implants were placed underneath my pectoral muscles, which have made doing poses that engage my chest muscles almost impossible. Your instruction in about the proper way to turn my arms/armpits, actually allowed me, for the first time, to do so many poses that were impossible. Thanks you.

    Last year I practice Yoga regularly but all this year I stopped. I am starting again and I did like it. Very simple but very good one. I will take the challenge. Thumbs up. And if by the 7th day I still liking it a lot I will subscribe ?

    i love how you guide us through every movement challenge in sync with deep breathing exercises.
    i am not versatile and flexible when comes to yoga workouts… but watching this day 1 yoga body workout has helped me to learn more the foundational principles… not only it will keep us stay focus during this pandemic outbreak but also to take control of our own physical well being.

    That was very nice, but I am not able to reach my ankles with my hamstrings straight, I feel like if I train my hamstrings more there is definitely room to improve. Is there a specific experience that I can do through out the day to target that area? Love your demeanor ?
