    I know this is an older video with older comments, so I need no one out there to remind me; having said that, I do have a comment. If anyone uses this one regularly, do you find the prompt to move your arms in different directions simultaneously difficult? It's a "mind over matter" move, I think. Like rubbing your belly and patting your head type move, lol. Anyone?

    Hello David, we do almost exactly the same exercises. The things that I never do are rolling the knees and rolling the neck. A doctor told me not to do these exercises  because they can cause injury. Thanks for shearing the video. Grt. Alex VdM taiji /wushu teacher.

    Great with the low squat and knees widen I could feel pain in my knee joint, how can I avoid this. I can squat fine but not with knees wide?

    This arthritis treatment “Rοngοdο Ruzο” (Google it) is a good item. I have a fractured spine, hip dysplasia & acute arthritis in both hips. I have used this during the winter and when my big toe knuckle gets painful due to wearing shoes. I`ve tried out plenty of items. It is difficult to find some thing to help with the hips. .
