Personally I would not use this mat after looking at your website. It looks cheap there are a lot of qualities you need when looking for a yoga mat. A few pictures on them is not high on my list.

but yoga after workout is supposed to be really good, it lengthens your muslces instead of them building up to be bulky and chunky.

@oOEmanOo Of course if you can't walk, then you can't run . If you don't have the fundamentals of yoga you do not have a platform to move further with it. Its a big subject, diet ( what you eat) is the main one you have to think about. @oOEmanOo Sure yoga certainly can burn fat and build strength. Its like with running you can burn fat , but if you have not first learned to walk you will not be able to burn fat by running. The same goes with yoga . You need to have some fundamentals before you can use it to its full potential. What you eat is a key factor in this area.
