Why is it when i lift my leg n put the towel over, my leg shakes uncontrollably. No pain.. it just shakes/ vibrate!

I’ve been doing your videos for a few years and seen so many comments saying you saved their life.
Today I truly understand.
Working from home with inappropriate chairs gave me sharp pain in lower back. I can barely do anything and it’s driving me crazy.
Luckily, I remembered you have this Sciatica pain relief clip.
It’s Just a few minutes in and the pain has already been lifted 80%! And I was like holy shit this is such a real deal.
Thank you so much for your teachings. It really save lives and countless of painful hours we might have faced with traditional medicines.
I hope more audience who suffers like me are lucky enough to find you in their journey. Namaste.

I’ve had lower back pain and pain in my buttock for a few days now. The pain is bad and these stretches helped to ease it a tad even after doing it the first time! Thank you.

Just as my experience with sciatica. My backbone has been collapsing (I'm now two inches shorter) and the right side my spine is severely crushing the sciatic nerve. It causes horrible pain in my right leg. I had injections into the pads between my spinal column but it only relieved the pain for 3 weeks. I'm about to go into surgery to take the pressure off my sciatic nerve. And THAT is sciatic pain.

I’d long suffered with serious sciatic pain and ongoing flare ups. I put my belief into following these sciatic relief practices with Adrienne and I found immediate comfort. I continue to do them once weekly as I find them hugely relaxing and enjoyable. 10/10 successful for me.
I have also reenlightened myself with daily Yoga practice with Adrienne and feel stronger and more peaceful with myself.
