Latest min Morning Yoga Full Physique Stretch – HANDS-FREE & NO PROPS



Good morning! Enjoy this 20 min yoga flow with no wrist weight bearing poses and no props needed.

Rise and shine for yoga time! In this 20 minute vinyasa yoga class I’m going to take you through a full body stretch that doesn’t require you to put any weight on your hands and wrists. There are also no props needed for this class.

We’ll begin reclined with some dynamic hip stretches before moving into our standing poses to work on alignment, flexibility and balance. I really hope this yoga class wakes you up for the day ahead. Suitable for all levels.

    This was an absolutely awesome class! I've been suffering from de quervain's tenosynovitis / mum's thumb for the last 4 months, which means I can't put any pressure on my wrist (planks / down dog etc), and haven't been able to do my regular yoga and I've really been missing it. This was my first yoga in ages, and it didn't aggravate my wrist at all and I feel awesome now! Thank-you Kassandra!
