    This is still my go to routine in the morning for three years and counting when the weekend has me stiff. It has never failed me for when I mild aches and pains from sitting in the office chair or sleeping at weird angles. it’s also great for focus before a hectic Monday

    I did a stretch class the other day and didn't realize how much I was missing my hot hatha classes. Found Brett online and did your 30 minute Hatha the other day and decided to try this quick 15 minute to start my day and before I go ahead with my bootcamp workout (online as well). It was quick but great and maybe just the thing to start each day for me. Thanks Brett!!!
