    Gut gemachtes, sympathisches Video … hilft schon einmal, um dranzubleiben. Ach ja: zwecks Unterstützung habe ich auf den Werbebanner von mySheepi-Kissen geklickt und die Weiterleitung funktioniert nicht! Schade, denn ich werde – glaube ich – solch ein Kissen kaufen und da wäre der direkte Link dorthin als Unterstützung eine gute Sache.
    Die Weiterleitung hat nun doch funktioniert – mein VPN hatte mir einen Streich gespielt bzw. musste ich ausschalten!

    Ich hatte bis vorhin ein Ziehen in den Ohren, das von Verspannungen im Nacken/Rückenbereich kommt. Habe die Übungen jetzt einmal gemacht und es ist weg. Ich kann nur staunen und werde die Übungen regelmäßig widerholen. Vielen Dank

    Die Übungen sind toll und helfen sehr gut.
    Leider stört es sehr, dass ich während der Übungen mehrmals die Werbung wegdrücken muss. Vielleicht ist es möglich, nur am Anfang und Ende des Videos Werbung zu schalten?

    going to try to interact more in the comments to feel more connected to the journey, and others on it as well – really hoping this helps me stay consistent. this flow was challenging – [brought more attention to my core and breath, especially when trying to be mindful about my form] but I learned a bunch in the process? [ how to leverage my breath more, reconnecting with the ground and my support system (corners of the feet, shoulders, etc. ) ]. I am so excited for what's to come in this journey!

Willkommen zum nagelneuen Yoga Ganzkörper Flow! In 20 Minuten fließen wir durch eine kraftvolle und kreative Power Vinyasa Yoga Einheit, die es ordentlich in sich hat 😉
Es wird strong. Zumindest hier und da. Eure Schultern werden gut auf ihre Kosten kommen, die Oberschenkel arbeiten fleißig mit und auch die Körpermitte bringen wir kurzzeitig zum kochen.

STRONG & BEAUTIFUL ist ein feines Full Body Yoga Workout, welches den gesamten Körper fordert, fördert und eventuell sogar die eine oder andere Grenze aufzeigt 🙂

Und eins noch: wir legen gleich zu Beginn relativ (!) kraftvoll los. Wenn ihr die Aufwärmphase gerne etwas länger gestaltet, dann macht vor der Einheit einfach noch ein paar Sonnengrüsse.
